Responsibilities
- Provide haircuts, shaves, fades, and grooming services to clients of all ages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Keep up with the latest barbering trends and techniques
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and team members
Requirements
- Valid barber license in the state of Delaware
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
